Balance Lift

With an extensive range of vacuum-operated, pneumatic, and mechanical gripping attachments, the BalanceLift is a highly flexible solution for handling goods weighing up to 300 kg.
Hereby, the goods are handled conveniently by means of the up/down control unit or with a balancer. In this way, the operator always has perfect control of the load - without any physical effort.
Various carrier systems are available for the BalanceLift: The BalanceLift can be used e.g. with the ceiling-mounted BalanceRail overhead rail system or with the free-standing and individually configurable BalancePort gantry system. An alternative flexible solution is provided by the mobile BalanceStand crane boom.

LEO tug

Designed as a towing vehicle, the LEO combines EXPRESSO's
unique, patented touch2move drive units with the principles of powered ground transport equipment using tiller handle control.
The ergonomic sensor handles and a powerful drive motor ensure optimum manoeuvrability for convenient and effortless towing of one or more trolleys/carts, also with particularly compact outer dimensions. Thanks to its high battery capacity and the optional battery exchange system, the LEO tug is suitable for continuous operation, e.g. in three shifts.
The gains in mobility together with saved time and space lead to increased productivity and safety for companies.

touch2move

Thanks to the touch2move drive technology, transporting heavy goods is not only more efficient, but also much safer. Simply by touching the sensor handles, the loaded vehicle "obeys" the operator's natural movements, and automatically adapts to his/her walking speed - also on ramps and inclines. Thanks to its two independent braking systems, the vehicle stops reliably as soon as the handles are released.
The touch2move drive concept can be fitted practically to all four-wheel trolleys and other transport carts, thereby converting them into "walkie" type ground transport vehicles. Transport trolleys fitted with touch2move drives improve your in-house logistics, help to optimize your operational planning, and thus contribute significantly to increased productivity.
